Maryse Bossé – National Vice-President
With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Maryse has developed extensive expertise in Special Risks, Property & Casualty, High Net Worth, and Personal Lines, distinguishing herself as a trusted leader and advisor.
Before joining FBA, she was Vice-President at Aon Health Solutions, where she led the Canadian Special Risk and Expatriate Practice. In this role, she managed complex consulting mandates, expanded client solutions nationwide, and supported business development in Quebec. Her holistic approach and creativity in designing tailored solutions have earned her recognition across the industry.
Maryse’s experience spans a wide range of employer and non-employer risks, including expatriates, occupational risks, accidental death programs, the gig economy, aviation, mining, critical illness, as well as specialized health and school programs. A graduate in Secondary Education from the University of Montreal, she combines academic rigor with practical leadership. Fully bilingual in French and English, she brings vision, expertise, and a strong commitment to advancing the insurance industry.
Marie-Pierre Grignon - Vice-President, Products
With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Marie-Pierre has held several strategic leadership roles. She joined the Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) in 2011 as Director of Technical and Legal Affairs, where she oversaw legislative and regulatory matters as well as the Insurance Information Centre, directly contributing to the evolution of industry practices and the defense of sector interests.
From 2021 to 2025, she served on the board of directors of the Coalition for a New Generation in Property and Casualty Insurance and chaired its Governance Committee, putting her expertise to work for the next generation of professionals.
A law graduate from the University of Montreal and a member of the Quebec Bar, Marie-Pierre also held Vice-President roles in brokerage firms and practiced as an insurance litigation lawyer. This diverse background has equipped her with a comprehensive and strategic vision of the industry’s challenges.
